A range of shipping options are available depending on how quickly you need your products. Simply select Standard or Express delivery at checkout. You can check the status of your order at any time on your account page. All US orders ship directly from our warehouse in Miami, FL. A summary of shipping options appears below:

EXPRESS 2-Day Shipping Service

OVERNIGHT Service

Please note:

  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes
  • All orders are subject to local sales tax
  • All orders are sent TBD (FedEx, USPS or UPS)
  • Saturday delivery is not available
  • APO Addresses can only be sent on a standard mail service and transit times may take longer than shown above.

 

RETURNS

Returns Policy

We strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return those items within 90 days of receipt and we will happily issue a replacement or refund. Goods must be returned “as new” in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging. All gift cards are non-refundable.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Please note: We can only accept returns for purchases made from the Anatag website and not from our retail partner stores.

Exchanges

We want to ensure that you’re happy with the product and size you’ve bought. If you’d like to exchange your purchase, please follow the steps below in the “How to make return” section.

We can only exchange your product for the same product in a different size or color. If you would like to exchange it for a different product, please return the item for a refund and then place a new order.

 Please note that Anatag cannot guarantee that exchange items will be available at the time your order is received. If an item is not available, a refund will be issued for the items returned.

 

No returns on sale items.

 

Faulty Goods

Anatag is proud of its high quality products and manufacturing standards. However, on rare occasions product may come with a defect. If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at info@anatag.com

 

Make a Return

To make a return simply email us at info@anatag.com with your order number and we will give you all the information you need. Return delivery is to be paid by the customer.

 

What Happens Next

Once your returned package has been received, it will be reviewed by our customer service team as soon as possible. You will receive emails confirming receipt of the package and the outcome of the return review.

 

Crash Replacement (JUST CYCLING)

It happens to the best of us. Shoot an email to info@anatag.com with details and some photos of your damaged kit, including your original receipt, and we will give you a 40% discount on a replacement kit.

Proof of purchase must be provided: receipt or order confirmation.

The age of your kit will be taken into consideration; meaning fair wear and tear is not covered.

The discount provided may be used to replace the damaged item/s from the same product group. For example, if 1 jersey is damaged, a discount will be provided for the purchase of another jersey.

The replacement discount may only be applied at the Anatag online store.
