Refund policy

We strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return those items within 30 days of receipt and we will happily issue a replacement or refund. Goods must be returned “as new” in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging. All gift cards are non-refundable.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. We cannot take responsibility for items damage or lost in the return transit.
Please note: We can only accept returns for purchases made from the ANATAG website and not from our retail partner stores. Please contact place of purchase for their returns policy.

Exchanges

We want to ensure you are happy with the product and size you’ve bought. If you like to make an exchange on your purchase please follow the steps below in the “How to make return” section.
We can only exchange your product for the same product in a different size or color. If you would like to exchange for a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and the place a new order.

Please note that Anatag cannot guarantee that exchange items will be available at the time your order is processed; in this case a refund will b issued for the items returned. No returns on sale items.

Faulty Goods

Anatag is proud of its commitment to high quality products and manufacturing standards. Unfortunately on rare occasions it is the case that faults may occur. If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at info@anatag.com

Make a Return

To make a return simply email us at info@anatag.com with your order number and will give you all the information you need. Return delivery is to be paid by the customer.

What Happens Next

Once your return package has been received it will be reviewed by our customer service team as soon as possible. You will receive emails confirming receipt of the package and the outcome of the return review.

Crash Replacement
It happens to the best of us…… shoot an email to info@anatag.com with details and some photos of your damaged kit, including your original receipt and we will provide you 40% discount on replacement kit.
Proof of purchase must be provide. Receipt or order confirmation.
The age of your kit will be taken into consideration meaning fair wear and tear is not covered.
The discount provided may be used to replace the damaged item/s from the same product group. E.g if 1 Jersey is damaged, a discount will be provide for the purchase of another Jersey.
The replacement discount may only applied at the Anatag online store.
